Terms of Service

By creating an account or using RetireMynt (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

RetireMynt is an educational planning and budgeting tool. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank, accountant, or attorney. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

• You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

You may link external accounts through Plaid. You authorize RetireMynt and Plaid to access and refresh data from those accounts to operate the Service. You can disconnect an institution at any time. We do not initiate money movement or trades on your behalf.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent security measures.
• Upload data you don’t have rights to or that contains malware.
• Use the Service to make automated decisions about other people.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

The Service, including software, designs, and content we create, is owned by RetireMynt and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal financial planning. You retain ownership of data you provide.

The Service includes AI-generated content (e.g., the Advisor). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Treat it as a starting point, not a final recommendation, and verify anything important.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RETIREMYNT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR INVESTMENT RETURNS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$100.

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where binding arbitration is required by applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms. We’ll notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
